Description
Backpack Bootcamp is designed to get ready for our summer backpacks or to build hiking stamina.
Hikes will be local and consist of one to two stops for strength training. No equipment is required, however, I will be using resistance bands for our strength training.
Dress appropriately for the weather. Winter: layer up, spikes, or sometimes snowshoes, poles, something to drink (warm water), resistance bands, headlamp, hiking essentials.
Hikes are mostly on trail, moderate steady pace.
