Description
Keep in shape for snowshoeing and future backpacks.
What to bring: backpack, elastic bands (if you don’t have them we seem to have enough to share out amongst us).
We will be hiking steadily on this evening hike and stopping 3 times for 2 workouts and a stretch session. Work at your own pace and ability. We always try to hit a hill or two for a good climb and cardio.
Reminder to bring your headlamp and dress for the weather.
