Description
Backpack Bootcamp is an opportunity to get fit for the hiking season.
Nature will be our gym. We will be doing exercises such as, tricep dips and push ups using logs, squats and lunges with our packs, as well as, arm curls and core strengthening. All levels of fitness welcome.
Equipment needed:
- backpack with desired weight
Meet Up: Bachelor Hills Middle Trail head Parking – This is the second left after you cross the cattle guard. You will see the parking to your left off the road.
