Description
Backpack Bootcamp is an opportunity to get fit for the hiking season.
Nature will be our gym. We will be doing such exercises as tricep dips and push-ups using logs, squats and lunges with our packs, as well as using our packs for arm curls and core strengthening. All levels of fitness welcome.
