Description

Time to get in shape for snowshoeing and maintain all that fitness we acquired from our summer backpack trips.

What to bring: fill your pack with as much weight as you would like to challenge yourself, some dumbbells and or elastic bands, and a mat of some sort (sitting mat, piece of a yoga mat – something to support your hands and bum)

We will be hiking steadily on this evening hike and stopping 3 times for 2 workouts and a stretch session.  Work at your own pace and ability.

Reminder to bring your headlamp and dress for the weather.
