Description
This series focuses on building strength and endurance for our summer backpacks.
What to expect: laughter and fun / we hike at a moderately steady pace / we make three stops (two for strength training and one for stretching) for the strength training you work at your own level
During winter conditions bring boot spikes/snowshoes, hiking poles, headlamp, hydration, elastic resistant bands and weights (optional).
The terrain is on trail and includes elevation gain. Hikes last approximately 2 hrs and average 5-7kms. Moderate steady pace.
