Description
It was great to get back into backpack bootcamp last Tuesday! Surprisingly a few sore muscles 🙂
Bring your weights, a small pad, and rubber bands if you have any. Otherwise, just show up for a fun jaunt on some local trails with amazing people.
We go out for typically 2hrs and do 2 strength training sessions at your pace and ability, as well as, a stretch session near the end.
