Description
Kamloops Hiking Club has adopted some trails in Valleyview Nature Park. We will be picking up litter along the trail and assessing if anything else needs to be done. We are registered for this program with the City of Kamloops.
- we will meet at the trailhead
- participants bring a garbage bag with them and carry it for the first part of the hike (2 km)
- we will leave the garbage bags at the arena garbage bins
- Participants may want to wear gloves
- we will “flick” any dog poop off the trails edge into the bush
- after completing the 2 km loop, we will head out for an additional hike in the Nature Park
