Create KHC’s Guest e-Waiver.

IMPORTANT: Please read the following before creating your e-Waiver and review the information on the Guests page which contains information regarding fees & expectations.

• You must be sponsored by a current member of the Kamloops Hiking Club.  I suggest you request help from your sponsor to create this e-Waiver.
• An e-Waiver should only be created when a event (hike) leader has agreed to allow you to participate in one of his/her events. It is only valid for that specific event. A new e-Waiver must be created to participate in another event.
• As the e-Waiver is a legal document, you must use your correct first and last names (no nicknames). 
• Take a minute to check you have spelled your name and email address correctly before you tick the “Agree To This Document“. If you have a spelling error or transposed your first and last names, you will have to complete a new e-Waiver.
• When you have created the e-Waiver, you will receive an acknowledgement email. In this email,  you will find a link which allows you to download a copy of the e-Waiver, if you wish. You must keep this email and/or the e-Waiver itself as you may be required to show it to the event leader.
