The Kamloops Hiking Club invites you to renew or join our club.

2024/2025 Membership Registration:

• Feb 1st – Membership Renewals (for current members)
• March 1st – Registration for New Memberships
• Membership will cap at 200 members.    
  
• KHC Annual Memberships for 2025 will be from March 1st, 2024 to Feb. 28, 2025.

The club runs on volunteers!

The amount of hikes/events we offer depends on the number of members we have that are willing to offer their time to plan, organize, lead & assist.

Any member that has been with the club for a few years or hikes on their own is encouraged to ‘step up’ and help the club. 

Assistance can be provided by:

• planning a hike or event for the club that a leader can post and that you can co-lead
• joining & helping the Tuesday (Wanderers), Wednesday (Ramblers) or Sunday (Trekkers) hiking teams that are planning weekly scheduled events
• becoming a leader so you can post events when you want.  Check out the Hike Leader Program & Resources information and/or contact Monika Taki for more information.

Monika Taki

I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
