Description
Come join me in what I hope will be a regular event.
Meet up at the new Truck Chilling Park located at 1452 McGill Road. We will wander Kenna and the hills of TRU broken up with some stretches, posture work and anything else you feel we need to relieve our stress after sitting all day. Cleats and a headlamp recommended. Weights are not required but may be suggested for futures outings. I will not have my dog this Thursday but on the days he joins me at the office, he will be needing his own post-office outing!! IF you cannot make the 5:15 time but would like to attend, please email me. We wont be too far so can always circle back to the park to pick up strays!
