Description
This will be a recreational SUP/Kayak paddle outing at Paul Lake with a social in the picnic area after the paddle
- We will meet at the lake at 10 am and will launch our SUPs/Kayaks and will paddle or float on the lake for about 2 hrs
- All participants should have all their essentials and safety equipment and should review the Paddling web page before signing up for the event.
- Bring a lunch & a chair and whatever else you need for a day at the lake.

I moved to Kamloops in 1994 and joined KHC in 2020. I recently retired and enjoy the following outdoor activities:cross country skiing, snow shoeing , kayaking, hiking and biking. I get out several times a week either with the club or family. I will lead outings throughout the year. Pace will be moderate and steady.
