Description
This loop is on moderate trail for approximately 10 km around. It will take 3-4 hours with water breaks and a stop for lunch at some point. There could be mountain bikers on the trail, and mountain sheep but they won’t probably be on bikes!
The loop is rolling terrain around the tower in the Lac du Bois grasslands with some lovely views over the valley and city. It may still be a bit muddy so poles are an asset. Remember that ticks are out at this time of year, and aggressively looking for you.
We will meet at the cattle guard at Batchelor at 10:00 to car convoy to trailhead just a couple of km up the road.
